In India, the metabolic syndrome is due to westernized lifestyle such as westernized diet, lack of physical exercise and consumption of more calories. Consumption of more fats can lead to deposition of fats in the body. He talks about the prevention and management of heart diseases. In the case of stable angina, there is no need of revascularization in such patient, if he is asymptomatic and responding to medical treatment.
