Dr. J.S. Rajkumar, a co-founder of ALERT is the Chairman of the Lifeline group of hospitals. He is a practitioner of medicine of eminence and has a lot of titles to his credit. He was the recipient of the Vaidya Ratna award from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the president of India in the year 2004. Being one of the pioneer laparoscopic surgeons of India, he has performed more than 8000 laparoscopic surgeries and he has the highest number laparoscopic bariatric surgeries in south India to his credit.
