Dr. Sanjay Sharma is a CEO, Association for Transgender Health of india (ATHI). He underwent training in Pediatrics from the prestigious Army Hospital Research & Referral Delhi and also holds a Post Graduate diploma in Sonography. He also carries the distinction of being the consultant architect of the Station Medicare Centre of Air Force Station Palam which has been designed by him. In recognition of his services, he was awarded Commendation by the Chief of Air Staff in 2013.
